Background

These are people who own unique UK properties.  Buildings can be listed because of age, rarity, architectural merit and method of construction.  The older a building is, the more likely it is to be listed.

Demographically the typical listed building owner is a high earning homeowner with high spending power.  The majority are well educated professionals in social groups AB.
